“I own a 1993 Mitsubishi Eclipse, and this November [2007], the odometer reached 200,000 miles.

The car’s performance has been excellent — other than normal maintenance, oil changes, tires, etc., the car has had no major problems.

The car was purchased in State College [Pennsylvania] from Shields Motors in 1993 by my daughter, and in 1996, I bought the car from her. ...A sunroof was added to the car during this three–year period, and I have had no problems.

I am excited with this milestone and wanted to share this information with you. The car has performed for over 14 years and still is in good shape and just keeps going.

We live in ‘snow country,’ and I have driven this car to work every day until my retirement in 2003. I was never left stranded due to inclement weather; this car is the best on snowy/icy roads. I never felt safer in any other vehicle.

...It’s worth purchasing this car for performance as well as a very attractive car. I have always liked how sleek my car has looked.”
