Since you chose to lease your vehicle instead of purchase it, Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America is the auto's registered owner. A Power of Attorney authorizes you, the customer, to register the vehicle on our behalf. To receive a Power of Attorney, send your request to: Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America, Inc. PO Box 9940 Mobile, AL 36691-0940 Or call: 1-866-876-3018 New Jersey residents: Please note that the New Jersey DMV will NOT accept a faxed Power of Attorney unless it comes directly from Mitsubishi.
