MOD '06 The second annual Mitsubishi Owner's Event took place at our Cypress Headquarters. The event was bigger and better than last year. Around 2,000 people and approximately 700 Mitsubishi vehicles converged on the Cypress campus from all over -- the longest distance traveled was a 1999 Galant owner, who drove all the way from Chicago, Illinois. There were so many cars, the lot overflowed onto the grass and side street. The owners proudly displayed their own vehicles and were able to see Mitsubishi's new products and concept vehicles. The Mitsubishi display area included Concept CT, Street Raider Concept, Eclipse Ralliart Concept, Endeavor Ralliart Concept, Boeing Spyder, "i", and Colt. The crowd was awed by the west coast reveal of the Concept X. New production vehicles on display included the 2007 Outlander, 2007 Eclipse, 2007 Endeavor, 2007 Galant Ralliart, and a 2006 Lancer Evolution MR with Appearance Package. There were 37 vendors including Rockford Fosgate®, SIRIUS, HKS, Enkei, K & N, Eibach, and Cusco. Brembo, Yokohama, StopTech, WORKS and Mackin Industries all gave presentations in their booths. This event was a great way for us to say thank you to our loyal customers in a casual atmosphere. Thank you to all the MMNA and MRDA employees who volunteered to be a part of this very special day.
