What are the powertrain options? Why are the engine options unchanged? Is there a turbo engine option?
We didn't change any of the powertrain configurations as we have a wide variety of options. With our 2.4L MIVEC SOHC engine two wheel drive or 3.0L MIVEC V6 engine available with S-AWC, we have a powertrain to meet your needs. Right now, MMNA has no plans for a turbo-charged engine for the Outlander.

Is there a hybrid/PHEV verision? When is that available? What is that pricing?
A PHEV version of the Outlander made for the USA is in development and will be available in Spring of 2016. Unfortunately, pricing is not available at this time.

Is there a third row? How many does it seat? Is there cargo room behind the third row? How do you access the third row?
The Outlander comes with standard 3rd row seating, that will seat a total of 7 people. For comfort and convenience, the 2nd row seats have a 60/40 split or can fold flat to increase the room needed for carrying cargo, opening up the space with the 2nd row and 3rd row seats folded away, to 63.3 cubic feet behind the front seats.

Is it available in 2WD and 4WD?
The Outlander will be available in 2 wheel drive for the SE and SEL. For the GT (3.0L V6) it will have Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC)

What colors will be offered? Are there new colors?
The MY16 Outlander will be available in Diamond White, Cool Silver, Mercury Gray, Labrador Black, Cosmic Blue, Rally Red. Quartz Brown will be introduced as a new color offering.

Yes, the 2016 Outlander comes with a liftgate, and as an option on the SEL and GT trims, we have added in a power remote liftgate.

What are the safety features?
Advanced safety features are now available as an optional package on the SEL and GT: Features include Forward Collision Mitigation, Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, Rain Sensing Wipers, Auto On/Off headlamps, Power folding side mirrors and Windshield Glass De-Icer.

Are the headlights automatic? Do you offer HID headlights?
Auto-off headlights are standard on the ES, SE and SEL, while Auto On/Off headlights are standard on the GT and available options on the ES, SE and SEL. Headlamps are halogen, except for the GT which boasts LED headlights.
