Need information regarding your Mitsubishi financed lease or loan?

If your questions are about your Mitsubishi financed lease or loan, please contact Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America at 1-866-876-3018. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PT), or you may use our 24/7 automated phone system.

To better serve you, please have one of the following available:

  • Your Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America Account number that is located on your statement
  • or
  • Your Social Security number.

We'll also need your full name, current address, and your day and evening phone numbers. If you're calling on another's behalf, we'll need to have authorization from the account holder prior to speaking to you.

If you would like to email your question to us, please sign up at www.mitsubishicredit.com. Once registered, you will be able to fully manage your account online, such as setting up monthly payments, changing your address, emailing your questions and more.

Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (PT), or you may use our 24/7 automated phone system. To better serve you, please have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) available when you call. Your VIN can be found on your Roadside Assistance cards, on the dash near the bottom of the windshield on the driver's side of the car, or you can find it on your registration or insurance information.

You may also email U.S. vehicle-specific questions to callcenter@mmsa.com. To expedite our response to you, please include the following in your email: Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), name, contact phone number, and a short summary of your concern or question. Please note however that we will only be able to answer questions directly related to your Mitsubishi vehicle at this address. For questions regarding your Mitsubishi financed lease or loan, please follow the directions at the top of this page. All emails will be responded to within two business days, at the latest.
